Refund Policy
Important Information: Upon receiving your order, please review it immediately to verify that the quality is optimal. In case of a return due to manufacturing defects, you will have a maximum of 24 hours to report the issue to customer service and proceed with the return; after this period, we are not responsible, in accordance with our Policies.
Returns Under Warranty
Returns only apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or major damage. We do not process returns of any kind if the product arrives in perfect condition.
Most of our products come with a 30-day warranty. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer a warranty service.
Personal use items, cleaning products, household cleaning, personal care, or pet care items are not covered by warranty. All warranty claims will only be attended to within the indicated time frames; please note that the physical return of the product must be made within this period for the warranty to be valid.
The warranty is void in cases of damage caused by impacts, humidity, scratches, modification, alteration, voltage changes, third-party repairs (unauthorized technical service), damage caused by misuse, inadequate care, or failure to follow the user manual. Normal wear and tear of the product is not covered under warranty.
Do not send the product for warranty or return with cash on delivery to the address from which you received the package, as our warehouses do not accept return shipments with cash on delivery.
The warranty covers electrical components of the products; accessories are not covered. The product loses its warranty if the damage is secondary to improper use.

If, upon receiving the product, you have any concerns about its integrity, please refrain from using it and notify us immediately so we can guide you and provide an effective solution.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via a bank transfer to the account you provide. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 business days. Some banks or other payment channels such as money orders may generate additional costs, which will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Costs for Warranties and Returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you sent your product using the "cash on delivery" method, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
