Shipping Policy
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMEFRAME
Orders will be processed and shipped with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 business days in most cases.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, as there are certain regions in Mexico where delivery may take a little longer.
It is not possible to inspect the merchandise before delivery, since packages are handed over sealed to the courier company (not inventoried) and must therefore be delivered in the same condition.
Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. Include details such as neighborhood name, building or complex, apartment number, office, house, or business. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery may be unsuccessful or result in delays in receiving your order.
Your order is generally shipped through the courier company Envía. Please note that if your order is placed under the cash-on-delivery payment method, we cannot provide the exact date or time of delivery, as the courier company is solely responsible for the delivery schedule and their route or workload is unknown to us.
If you will not be at the given address, we recommend leaving the payment with a family member, neighbor, acquaintance, or at the building concierge, if applicable.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation message with the tracking number will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.
